Jazz is a 2 year old, spayed, blue female Weimaraner.  She has been kept in a large crate during the day and is accustomed to using a doggie door to get outside. Jazz has good social skills with people and other dogs, however she has not had experience with cats and is not recomended for homes with small children.  She will try to get her way as is typical of Weimaraners but readily accepts authority from adults and older children.  She has not had any obedience training but is a smart cooperative dog.  Jazz is very affectionate and loves to snuggle up with people on the couch.  She is beginning work on down-stay and trying to reduce her tendency to jump up on people when excited.  She loves her food and would over-eat if permitted.  She is not difficult to manage on a leash but does not yet heal and does not like traffic.  If you would like to give Jazz the love and attention she needs please contact us at rescue@westwaweimclub.org.
