Murphy is a 4 yr old neutered male who is not getting enough exercise and attention from his owner, who is very reluctant to let him go, but knows it is in his best interest. Like many of his breed, he needs to run and he needs attention; both of which are in short supply in his present situation. The result is boredom and an increasing tendency to be destructive.  Murphy is a healthy and active dog except for what is judged by the Vet to be a minor thyroid problem. (His blood test results were just outside the normal range). This does not manifest itself in any obvious problems but he was put on Thyroxine-L just to be sure. Approximate cost is $10 per month. Vet records are available and he is up-to-date on all his shots. Murphy has had limited exposure to cats but is good with small children  and other dogs. He is very friendly and out-going.
